Returns & Refunds

Once the item is purchased a full refund cannot be issued.

Partial refunds are possible and the following might be deducted from the refund amount:
-the transaction fees for the intermediate banks,

-shipping fees that are purchased together with the product in the online store,

-shipping costs for post labels that are created for custom orders,
-a 40% deposit for custom orders is non-refundable,

-a 2% per day fee might be deducted from a refund amount for keeping the product unavailable during the shipping and returning process,

In case of failed delivery and the parcel is returned to us all the additional shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

In case of damages to products in the return process, an assessment will be made to determine the amount that will be deducted from the refund.


If the customer wishes the package to be resent a new invoice will be created for additional shipping expenses.

There are no returns and refunds after successful delivery after the seal is broken and the packaging is opened.

Additional costs may be added in the process depending on different circumstances and agreements.

​If the reason for the refund is a regretted decision due to a misinterpreted price caused by a lack of understanding of the shown price, the transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
